The Happy Homestead was founded in 2022, beginning with the breeding of quails to provide a sustainable food source for our household. We developed a fondness for the taste of Jumbo White quail and the beauty of their speckled blue celadon eggs. It was these stunning eggs that inspired us to expand our hobby into chicken farming.
